Giving Jayden Raspberries

McKaila and Kameron love to give their baby brother raspberries. If you listen carefully you can hear Kameron trying to blow raspberries. They thought it was the funniest thing. I thought it was pretty cute myself.

Jo Jo's

Jo Jo's is this little ice cream "shack" that is very popular around here. The owner has this shop open from May- November I believe. This guy makes bank. He is always busy and there is always a line waiting for ice cream/shakes/snowcones.
Kameron loves ice cream. McKaila and Kameron each got their own baby ice cream cone. McKaila did really well with hers and asked us once to help her lick it because it was melting. What a good girl. Kameron on the other hand just dug right in. He was carrying around his cone with both his hands. He would run with his cone up to the stand and watch everyone and then run back to us laughing. One time he got a little excited and started running and then fell down. I think he was more upset that his ice cream cone fell and he couldn't eat it anymore. The second I gave him a bit of mine he was fine. Enjoy the pictures.

Cute picture

I know I need to post some more pictures but I thought this one deserved its own post. While David was visiting us in Idaho we had the opportunity to go out on my dads boat with David. Things didn't go as well as planned once we got up there. It did make a nice photo opportunity while we waited on the dock though.
McKaila already loves her baby brother, Jayden. She loves to try and tickle him ( by tickling my tummy) and she is always giving him hugs and kisses. When she see's a newborn baby at a store she tells me she wants one. I have to remind her she has one coming she just has to wait a few more months for him. We'll see if she is still excited when he gets here.
I have my first doctors appointment with a new doc. here in Virginia on Saturday. They normally don't have appointments on Saturday they just like to give their patients a few opportunities to have Saturday appointments. Pretty nice if you ask me. Now I just have to work on getting my records from Bangkok. Otherwise I'll be paying for bloodwork out of my own pocket I think. I don't know how insurance will feel about paying for bloodwork they've already paid for.
David's mom flew back to Virginia with me and the kids. It was so nice having her help on the plane. We were truly blessed and we each got our own rows in economy plus on the way home. She had a row for her and McKaila and I had a row for Kameron and I. Once the kids fell asleep they had room to sleep on the chairs on not on our laps. They did really well during the flights. David's mom (Kathi) also helped paint the house while she was here. She helped out so much and painted the kitchen, closets, bathroom, trimming and even wallpapered a bathroom. I miss her already. Thanks Kathi. We look forward to her coming out and visiting often with her flight passes.
Our van should arrive next week hopefully and all of our household stuff should be here in about another month or so. I can't believe it is taking so long. It is so frustrating not having your own things. Especially for cooking. Meals aren't too great because I have no recipes and none of my cooking utensils or measuring cups. I am just rambling now. We went to a little ice cream shop the other day. That'll be the next post I think. Until next time...

We're Home!!!

Finally the kids and I have returned home to be with David back in Virginia. The flight from Idaho to Virginia went pretty well. Kameron slept most of the time and McKaila had a lot of energy but my mother-in-law was there to help.
We finally signed on the house and it is finally ours. Yeah!!! David has been busy painting all the rooms and trying to get stuff done. He did really well although Kathi (my mother-in-law) and I have had to do some touch-ups and paint the baseboards. McKaila's room is a bright pink and she loves it. I will post some pictures as soon as we get things finished. The house is pretty bare considering we don't have all of our stuff yet but we're getting there. I just wanted to let everyone know we are alive and back home with Daddy :)
